A top global law firm with numerous locations across the Country is seeking an Attorney with 4 – 7 years of strong experience with the establishment and representation of private investment funds and their advisers, including both domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. Additionally, preferred candidates will have experience with joint ventures involving real estate and real estate development. There is an immediate need for candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds. Candidate must be licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which there is interest in being considered.
