The San Francisco office of an internationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 3 to 4 years of broad based commercial real estate and transactional skills and experience. Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures, commercial contracts and secured lending transactions as well as general transactional experience is preferred. Applicants must be a member of the CA Bar. This is a great opportunity to join a large real estate and transactional practice in a rapidly expanding office. The associate will work directly with experienced real estate and transactional partners and sophisticated clients. Position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
