Real Estate Associate / Santa Monica or Los Angeles
One of the nation’s top-rated real estate firms is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate practice group in Santa Monica or Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience working with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and sale of real estate. Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions is desired but not required. Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials, together with ability to work in a collaborative environment, are required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of real estate experience. CA license required.
