A nationally recognized legal practice is seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join its Philadelphia team.

The right candidate will have at least three years of substantive commercial real estate experience and be comfortable working across a range of sophisticated matters.

Experience with several of the following will be valuable:

• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Real estate financing
• Development
• Land use and zoning
• Commercial leasing
• Client and third-party negotiations
• Managing smaller matters or significant portions of larger transactions

The ideal attorney will bring excellent communication and research skills, strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered, with the anticipated salary range of $235,000–$435,000, depending on experience and other relevant factors.
