A top ranked U.S. law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (e.g., purchase and sale agreements, commercial diligence, title and survey, closings.) The successful associate attorney will work in Winston-Salem and must possess excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, legal due diligence and drafting aptitude, academic credentials and an impassioned interest in real estate transactional law. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the North Carolina bar.
