Responsibilities include working with clients closely to manage patent portfolios, drafting patent applications; conducting patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity search and analysis; analyzing technical documents to assist with patent prosecution, counseling, post-grant proceedings, and litigations; due diligence in connection with transactional events.
