Mid-level to Senior Real Estate Associate / Pittsburgh
A top ranked, global law firm is seeking a Mid-level to Senior Real Estate Associate to join their practice in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial real estate leasing and general commercial real estate transactional work, which may include development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, zoning and land development approvals, and title/survey review. Renewable energy experience is also desirable. Candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidate must be a self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidate must have a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as be admitted and in good standing to practice in Pennsylvania. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service is required. Base Compensation $220,000.00 to $300,000.00 / year.
