💰 Starting Salary Range: $290,000–$420,000

A prestigious national law firm is seeking a Mid-Level M&A Associate (4–8 years) to join its nationally integrated Transactions Practice.

This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys looking to handle sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions while working closely with private equity sponsors, investors, and middle-market companies.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:
✔️ Mergers & acquisitions
✔️ Private equity transactions
✔️ Acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
✔️ Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
✔️ Managing complex deals from diligence through closing
