One of the world’s leading law firms is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate with 5+ years of experience to join their national private equity practice in Century City (Los Angeles). Qualified candidates will have deep experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions. Strong preference for candidates with significant buy side private equity experience. Salary: $345,000 – $415,000 with hours and merit bonus opportunities, billable hours credit for pro bono work, and a hybrid remote option allowing flexibility and work-life balance.
