Mergers & Acquisition Attorney / Pittsburgh
One of the world’s leading law firms is seeking an attorney with 3-6 years of law firm mergers & acquisitions experience. M&A and commercial transactions experience in the energy sector is a plus but not required. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business and legal teams. Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania preferred.
