M&A Associates / 2018-2021 / Houston
A global law firm is seeking M&A associates (class of 2018-2021) to join their corporate practice group in Houston. Ideal candidates will have experience representing private equity sponsors and private and public companies in M&A and other investment transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing deal teams (including coordinating with internal and external specialists) and managing signing and closing processes. Candidate must be future-focused, diversity-minded, dedicated to excellence, service-oriented and collaborative. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required.
