Litigation Defense Attorney / 1-5 yrs. / Ft. Lauderdale
A highly ranked firm is seeking a litigation defense attorney with 1 to 5 years of defense side litigation experience. Qualified candidates will have experience with litigation matters from start to finish such as drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations and trials. Candidates with wage-hour litigation expertise and experience counseling and auditing clients on wage-hour compliance and government DOL investigations is a plus. Attorneys should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to both personal growth and client service. Must be admitted in Florida.
