Litigation Associate / 4+ / Atlanta
A top national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably transportation litigation experience, to become an integral part of their Litigation Department in Atlanta. Experience in defending motor carrier clients and insurance coverage issues would be particularly valuable. Academically distinguished applicants, who have excellent writing and analytical skills, as well as deposition, discovery and motion practice experience, are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice. We seek a bright, hard working person with good judgment and attention to detail. Georgia law license required or candidate must be able to take the Georgia Bar and obtain license promptly. This role offers the opportunity for meaningful involvement in ongoing litigation cases on a national scale.
