Litigation Associate / 1-4 yrs. / Houston
An AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 1 to 4 years of commercial litigation experience to join their practice group in Houston. The Litigation Associate must have experience with all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials and appeals, and have strong research and writing skills. The Litigation Associate must be future-focused, diversity-minded, dedicated to excellence, service-oriented and collaborative. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required. This group handles high-stakes litigation for sophisticated clients around the globe, maintaining a keen focus on their end goals, whether advising on regulatory and compliance issues or engaging in litigation where a business resolution cannot be achieved. The hired Litigation Associate will be required to be available to work in person.
