Leveraged Finance Attorney / New York
A top Financial Industry Group is currently seeking a mid-level or senior Leveraged Finance Attorney to join their team in New York. Successful candidates will have 3 to 7 years of substantive syndicated and bilateral lending experience representing investment banks and corporate/commercial banks. Experience in cross-border lending transactions and funds finance are a plus but not required. The group does highly sophisticated and diversified work. This position has great potential for advancement as the team is extremely busy and needs the support of an associate. The presently-anticipated low and high end pay range is $235,000 – $375,000. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
