Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney / 7+ yrs. / Chicago
A top ranked, national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of labor and employment defense experience to join their team in Chicago. Employment counseling and litigation experience (before federal & state courts and government agencies) is required. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience with counseling employers regarding labor and employment law issues, conducting witness interviews and investigations, drafting position statements, preparing employee handbooks and policies, drafting employment agreements and separation agreements, and managing employment-related litigation. Some portable business is required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the Illinois State Bar.
