Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney / 6+ yrs. / Los Angeles
A top ranked international law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join their group in Los Angeles. The candidate must have at least three years of direct experience in employment litigation, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions. Candidate must also be familiar with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery. he successful candidate must have excellent writing analytical skills, experience handling multiple cases, and be able to serve as point person on litigation, including supervising junior associates and staff and serving as client contact. Candidate must have demonstrated project management skills and be able to take a case and run with it. Deposition and/or courtroom experience required; employment advice and counseling experience desired. Candidate should possess strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and be licensed to practice in California. The presently-anticipated low and high end pay range for this role is $350,000 – $390,000.
