Labor & Employment Counsel / 10+ yrs. / San Francisco
A top American law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Counsel with 10+ years of experience to join their group in San Francisco, CA The ideal candidate will have experience defending against single plaintiff litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, reasonable accommodation as well as with PAGA matters and class actions. Experience in employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations is also desired. Smaller portable book would be ideal; but, not required. Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $235,000-$275,000.
