Seeking a junior employment litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience to join a respected team in Portland. The ideal candidate will have experience with drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting discovery and dispositive motions, and drafting agency position statements with a high level of persuasive advocacy. Prior employment litigation experience is preferred, but candidates with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law will be considered. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
