Labor & Employment Attorney or Partner / 8+ yrs. / Orlando
A highly ranked law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney or Partner with a minimum of 8 years of experience in employment matters to join their Orlando location. Experience including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and state counterpart litigation is needed. Ideal candidates must be excellent writers with experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC and other federal and state agencies, knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice, detail-oriented, able to run day-to-day cases independently with little supervision, flexible and able to pivot, and motivated to learn. Florida Bar Required.
