If you have experience with any of the following, we want to hear from you: wage & hour, discrimination, class action, litigation, EEOC, workers compensation, transactional, non-compete, executive compensation, separation agreements, hand books, compliance, gig, contracts, immigration, legislative, and/or education. Qualified candidates should have strong drafting and organizational skills, as well as excellent academics. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and typically must be a member of the State Bar at position location or have the ability to promptly obtain admission (there are exceptions).
