Labor & Employment Associate / 4-7 yrs. / Washington, DC
A thriving Labor & Employment Practice Group is seeking an Associate with 4-7 years’ experience practicing Labor & Employment law to join them in Washington, DC. Interested associates must be seasoned attorneys who can take on significant responsibility handling employment litigation, administrative matters, and client counseling across a range of employment areas, including without limitation, wage & hour, ADA, ADEA, class and collective action, Title VII, and Title IX. Traditional labor experience would be helpful but not required. This role operates within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal Associate will have exceptional academic achievements, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and manage their own workload, as well as excellent research and writing skills. The ideal Associate will also possess the capability to handle pressure and meet multiple deadlines. Associates must be admitted to practice in Washington, DC with admission in Pennsylvania being recommended, but not required.
