Seeking in-house counsel whose primary duties will consist of providing sound and timely legal counsel and managing litigation for a well known company and its US subsidiaries and affiliates in a variety of legal matters. Corporate law with business transactions and commercial real estate experience required. Competitive income package and stable environment. The position will be in Houston, TX.
