Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney / 5-7 yrs. / Miami
A leading global law firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience for a position in their Miami office. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings and briefs; analyzing insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and analysis; reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation; and, attending depositions, hearings, and mediations, as required. Associate attorney must be admitted to practice in Florida (additional admissions a plus), have exceptional legal writing and communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
