Immigration Associate / Flexible

We are working on a search for an associate attorney with 3 to 6 years of business immigration experience for a highly regarded Labor & Employment Practice Group. The ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience handling a full range of U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based matters such as Provisional Waivers, H-1B and other H visa classifications, TN, J-1, L-1, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3, PERM process, and audits of employees’ Employment Eligibility Verification (Forms I-9) by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and during investigations by the Department of Labor. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written) is preferred. Miami location is preferred; however, location is flexible. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar (or other relevant jurisdiction depending on office location).
