Immigration Associate Attorneys / 4-6 yrs. / Miami or Tampa
A reputable, national law firm is seeking Immigration Associate Attorneys with 4-6 years of experience to join their team in Miami or Tampa. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to enhance your cutting-edge immigration knowledge with increased client contact, while working on high value immigration matters. This position will include drafting legal documents, such as forms, letters in support, petition packages, and correspondence. This may include H-1B, O-1, P-1, E-2, L-1A/B, NIW, EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, J-1 waiver, Labor Certification/PERM cases, RFE, NOID and Audit responses, as well as other complex immigration projects. It will also include taking ownership of cases from beginning to end with limited supervision and assistance. The position also provides additional opportunities to work with attorneys at all levels within the Labor, Employment, Benefits, & Immigration Section of the Firm. Previous immigration and labor and employment experience is required, specifically with Employment based immigration (temporary visas as well as permanent residence). Candidates must have excellent knowledge of immigration law and practice backed up with strong academic credentials and research skills. Admittance to practice in Florida is preferred, but not mandatory.
