Healthcare Associate / Florida

Seeking attorneys with 3+ years of broad-based health care experience for a top 100 U.S. law firm. Experience handling regulatory and compliance matters, licensing, and state agency filings is required. Experience with hospital operations, physician practices, mental health, health care reimbursements, managed care, Stark and anti-kickback laws, corporate transactional, including acquisitions, sales, mergers, and reorganizations of health care businesses, privacy and emerging technology is preferred. A previous business background in health care is considered a plus but not required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar or have the ability to promptly obtain admission in Florida.
