Seeking an attorney to become General Counsel and VP of Leasing, Tenant Relations and Acquisitions. This attorney will be responsible for managing, supervising and executing all facets of leasing a company owned commercial real estate portfolio consisting of grocery anchored shopping centers. Responsibilities include preparing new leases, amendments, renewals, extensions, lease terminations, temporary leases, expansions, relocations, assignments, etc. The position will be in-office during the probationary period of 90 days; then hybrid options may be discussed.
