Financial Services Litigation Counsel / 2+ yrs. / Dallas
A premier law firm is seeking Financial Services Litigation Counsel with at least 2 years of experience to join their Financial Services Group in Dallas. The hired Counsel must have the skills and experience to provide: thorough factual and legal research and analysis in pleadings, memoranda, and other written documents; Draft pleadings and other case documents; Attend hearings throughout the greater DFW or Houston areas; Manage matters from commencement to final resolution; and Competently and professionally communicate with clients and supervising attorneys. Qualified candidates must have a Juris Doctor and must be (and remain licensed to) practice law and in good standing in Texas.
