A global law firm’s Financial Services Litigation Group is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 2-3 years of financial service litigation experience to join their team in Minneapolis. Experience with procedure in Minnesota state and federal courts is required. Interested candidates will also have experience defending claims under the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and state consumer protection laws. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in an exciting practice. Minnesota bar admission is required.
