Finance Attorney / 6 – 8 yrs. / Chicago, Miami or New York
A highly ranked law firm is seeking a Finance Attorney with 6 to 8 years of experience to join their group in Chicago, Miami or New York. The group represents clients in a variety of sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions. The group serves a variety of clients, among them financial institutions (including bank and non-bank lenders and investment funds), borrowers, and private equity sponsors. Successful candidates will have substantive law firm experience in one or more of these areas. The group does highly sophisticated and diversified work and is committed to providing substantial support and training. Attorneys will have the opportunity to experience a variety of types of transactions and clients and enjoy substantial opportunity for professional development. The group has a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture, and the position has great potential for advancement. The group is busy and has a substantial need for additional associate support. The presently-anticipated salary, low and high end: $325,000 – $390,000.
