Employment Litigation Attorney / Kansas City
A top tier law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience for their Kansas City office. This candidate will defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. Additionally, they will represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases and provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations. Attorney must have a JD from an ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials; Active MO bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly; and, an understanding of current court and employment-related agency (state and federal) procedures.
