Employment Litigation Attorney / Ft. Lauderdale
The Fort Lauderdale office of a top rated law firm seeks to hire an employment litigation attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 4-5 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. Seeking candidates who thrive in a hybrid work environment, and has a growth mindset. Position will include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. Additionally, the hired candidate will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities. Must have the drive and willingness to educate clients through learning programs geared to guide them through challenging moments with their business using unique technology platforms.
