A high ranking U.S. law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their team in San Francisco. Experience must include defending against single plaintiff litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, reasonable accommodation. Additionally, experience in employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations is also needed. Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $195,000-$245,000.
