Corporate & Transactional Associate / 3-6 yrs. / New York
The Corporate Group of a U.S. based international law firm is seeking a Corporate & Transactional Associate with 3-6 years of private company mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, debt finance and general corporate experience to join their Private Equity and Venture Capital group in New York. Experience with private equity transactions is preferred. The candidate must be admitted to the bar in New York or preparing to obtain such admission in 2024 through reciprocity with another state and have excellent academic credentials. The expected base salary range for New York based candidates in this position is $240,000 – $320,000.
