The Corporate Practice Group of a top tier law firm is seeking to hire a mid-level attorney to join their Tax Team in any of the following locations: Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Manchester, NH; Providence, RI; San Francisco, CA; or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience with broad knowledge of corporate and transactional tax matters. The successful candidate will support the general corporate law team on matters in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, SPACs, and REITs. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services. Admission to the state bar of resident office or ability to quickly attain same is required.
