A top global law firm is seeking a Corporate Securities Attorney to join their corporate group in Baltimore. Candidates must have 3 – 6 years of corporate and securities transactional experience involving public companies, including ’33 Act and ’34 Act experience. Seeking candidates that have big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Maryland or have the ability to obtain same.
