A top ranked law firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of private equity, venture capital and joint venture transactional experience to join their team in Miami. Must possess strong drafting and organizational skills, excellent academics. Must possess Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school, and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
