Complex Corporate M&A Associate / 3+ yrs. / Nashville or Dallas
A highly ranked national law firm is seeking a Complex Corporate M&A Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their practice in Nashville or Dallas. Qualified candidates should have business and transactional experience, including M&A, recapitalizations, joint venture and other complex transactions. This associate will focus on conducting and managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and managing M&A process and will be given the opportunity to work directly with shareholders and clients. Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. The M&A associates practice with a focus on utilizing technologies that improve client service and efficiency. Experience with M&A supporting technologies (like Kira) and a strong interest in continuing to develop M&A practice capabilities is important. Particular interest for associates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support a national practice.
