Commercial Litigation Attorney / 6-8 yrs. / Washington, DC
A top law firm is seeking to hire a commercial litigation attorney with 6 to 8 years of experience to join their Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice group in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will work on matters in that practice group as well as commercial litigation generally. Qualified candidates will have commercial litigation experience, including significant experience taking and defending depositions. Hearing and some trial experience is also required. Ability to work in a fast paced client focused environment with a varied caseload involving complex issues is critical. Ideal candidates will be admitted to practice in DC (or eligible to waive in), in addition to VA and/or MD.
