Commercial Litigation Attorney / 2-8 yrs. / Washington, DC
A top law firm is seeking to hire two commercial litigation attorneys with 2 to 8 years of experience to join their practice in Washington, DC. The successful candidates will have experience in both State and Federal Courts litigating complex matters, including antitrust, class action and other sophisticated issues. Candidates must be self-starters with excellent research and writing skills. This position offers the opportunity for client interaction, on-your-feet court experience and direct involvement in every aspect of litigation including discovery, depositions, brief writing and trial. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and prior litigation experience. Ideal candidates will be admitted to practice in DC (or eligible to waive in), in addition to VA and/or MD.
