Commercial Litigation Associate / 3-5 yrs. / Chicago
A top U.S. law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation along with strong research, writing skills, and academic record. Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery as well as experience drafting and arguing motions, and deposition experience required. Trial experience a plus but not required. Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
