Seeking a Commercial Disputes Litigation Associate with 4-5 years of commercial litigation experience to join a top ranked global law firm’s team in Irvine, CA (Orange County.) The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in litigation, with the ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional legal analysis, strategic thinking, and advocacy skills. Candidate must be capable of managing a caseload of complex litigation matters from start to finish, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, attending hearings and depositions, etc. Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice, in good standing, in California. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Base Compensation $270,000.00 to $345,000.00 / yearÂ
