A highly regarded, multinational law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Attorney with 2-6 years of relevant experience to join their team in Atlanta. Preferred candidates should have 2-6 years’ experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities. In addition, candidates should possess strong academics, excellent writing capabilities and willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
