Seeking a patent attorney with 2-5 years of experience in patent prosecution and a background in electrical or computer engineering to join a recognized Intellectual Property team in either Madison or Milwaukee, Wisconsin offices. The ideal candidate should have experience writing and prosecuting US and non-US patent applications, analyzing issued patents, advising on patentability, advising on infringement/freedom-to-operate, and counseling clients on overall IP strategies. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, including technical writing, and at least a bachelors degree in engineering. Looking for an individual who has the enthusiasm, personality, entrepreneurial drive, and exacting focus on client service to become a partner in this national Intellectual Property practice.
