Litigation – Miami

A top 100 U.S. law firm is seeking an associate with 2 to 3 years of general commercial litigation experience. Must be a creative, yet pragmatic, thinker who takes initiative and is focused on solving complex problems efficiently. Experience taking depositions, arguing motions or hearings in court, and trial experience or a strong desire to try cases is preferred. This individual must have the ability to work as a team member in a collaborative environment. Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. A minimum of 2 years of law firm experience is preferred. Must possess a JD from an ABA accredited law school, long with excellent writing and analytical skills and be a member of The Florida Bar or be willing to sit for the next examination.  Please contact us!
