Litigation (Finance & Restructuring) / Denver

A global AmLaw100 firm  is seeking a litigation associate to join their Finance & Restructuring practice group in Denver. The Finance & Restructuring team provides integrated and strategic legal counsel on the full range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings and related litigation matters. Ideal candidates will have three to six years of experience in secured financing transactions, restructuring, receiverships, bankruptcy, litigation and business disputes. Prior deposition and second chair trial experience is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
