Corporate – Miami

The Corporate Practice Group of an Am Law 200 Florida-based law firm is looking for a corporate associate for its Miami office to work closely with partners who handle transactions involving capital markets and M & A transactions, joint ventures, financing transactions, and general corporate matters.
