Attorney / Corporate (Debt Finance) – San Francisco

An opportunity is available in the San Francisco office in the Debt Finance practice of an American International law firm. Associates who have 2 to 3 years of finance experience at a comparable law firm are especially encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have (i) experience in secured transactions representing borrowers and/or lenders; (ii) a working knowledge of syndicated financing transactions, financing transactions for venture backed companies, acquisition financing transactions and convertible or high yield bond offerings; (iii) experience in closing transactions and (iv) familiarity with drafting documents in connection with financial transactions. Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law are also preferred.
