A top-tier investment funds practice is seeking Associates and Special Counsel with private equity and hedge fund experience to join their group in New York, NY or Washington, DC.

Attorneys in this group advise sophisticated fund sponsors and investment managers on fund formation, structuring, regulatory matters, and ongoing operational issues across a broad range of investment strategies.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Class years 2019–2024
  • Private equity fund and/or hedge fund experience
  • Strong drafting and transactional skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Experience working with sophisticated investment managers
