A Cravath Scale international law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Finance Associate to join its globally recognized Corporate & Fund Finance practice.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with one of the premier fund finance teams in the market, representing leading investment funds, alternative capital providers, and sponsor clients on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

  • Subscription credit facilities
  • NAV and hybrid fund finance structures
  • GP and management company financings
  • Capital call and secured lending facilities
  • Drafting and negotiating complex finance documents
  • Managing sophisticated transactions and client relationships

Attorneys with leveraged finance or broader credit finance experience who are interested in transitioning into fund finance are also encouraged to inquire.
